SHIPPING POLICY
Dispatch is usually within 24 - 48 hours during business days. Occasionally, dispatch may take longer depending on stock availability. Please ensure you provide us with current email and telephone details should we need to contact you regarding your order.
For all orders, we use Australia Post. Estimated delivery times vary from 1- 8 business days depending on your location within Australia. Express Options are available and delivery times are generally between 1-4 business days within Australia.
International delivery times vary depending on location. For estimated delivery times to your country, please refer your country in this guide.

AUS - All orders over $150AUD receive free shipping within Australia.
NZ - New Zealand orders are charged a flat rate of $10AUD for shipping.
INTERNATIONAL - We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed, please email us at info@justjits.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes that may be payable.
AusPost requires an English translation for international addresses.

PACKAGE PROTECTION & RETURNS
Package Protection
Protect your order with package protection - think of it as insurance for your gear. If your order is lost in transit, get in touch with us and we'll commence an investigation with the shipping authority and if they confirm it has been lost, we'll replace it. We recommend package protection.
Returns + Package Protection (Only available in the USA & Australia currently)
Opting for Returns + Package Protection allows you to print a return label for free through our Returns Portal. This option is only available for orders shipped within the USA and Australia.

IMPORTANT
Just Jits will not be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address (due to incorrect information provided by customer), or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping services.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via email. Please monitor your shipment via AusPost (and/or international countries local postal services) to ensure timely collection of parcel from post office if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
The customer will be responsible for the costs associated with the reshipment of any order that is returned back to Just Jits for reasons such as insufficient address, incorrect address, parcels not being claimed within specified period etc.
We will assist the customer where possible, including providing order information, tracking numbers, invoices and other information that a customer may require to follow up with shipping providers.
