Returns and Exchange Policy
Need to Return or Exchange an Item?
No worries. Create a return by clicking HERE within 7 days of receiving your order. Then ship the item back to us within 7 days of creating a return.
1. Conditions

All products must be returned in new, unwashed, and in resalable condition with original packaging and tags attached.
- All products must be returned free from marks, stains, pet hair, and tears. Items that are washed, damaged, or otherwise unsellable will be refused.
- All returned products must be neatly folded and packed with original packaging.
- Any products that require our attention to prepare them for re-sale, for example a kimono that has been crumpled and shoved into its packaging instead of being folded neatly, will incur a $15 restocking fee.
2. Exchange, Store Credit and Refunds
Full-Priced Items are eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund. Items that have been reduced are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Items marked ‘Clearance’ are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchange: In the case of an exchange, if the cost of the new item is greater than the original, the customer will be charged the difference.
Store Credit: Store Credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Card.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed and issued back to the original payment method.
For orders paid in international currencies (other than AUD), refunded amounts may differ due to fluctuating exchange rates. Unfortunately these rates are beyond our control and cannot be adjusted.
Where there is a ‘change of mind’, a $10AUD per product re-stocking fee will apply. In instances where you qualified for free shipping, a $10AUD (domestic) or $25AUD (international) shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the re-stocking fee.
These fees are to cover credit card, Afterpay/Zip Pay, currency conversion and shipping charges we have incurred, and to prevent misuse of our service, including the ‘Free Returns’ option.
3. Shipping Responsibility & Tracking
Unless you have selected and paid for the ‘Free Returns’ option at checkout, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items. This includes the cost of returning the goods to us and receiving the exchanged goods.
We strongly suggest the use of a trackable shipping service and consider insurance, as we take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
4. Received incorrect or damaged goods
If you have received the incorrect item(s) or the goods have arrived damaged, please notify us through the Returns Portal as soon as possible.
If the exchange or return is due to a faulty product or a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover relevant shipping charges.
5. Conditions Where Returns Are Not Accepted
We will not exchange or accept returns of items showing signs of damage not the result of a manufacturing fault, including, but not limited to, accidental, malicious and other wear related damage, such as;

Signs of misuse or inappropriate care/washing.

Cut marks on stitching, seams or uppers or stains

Material decomposition due to prolonged dampness / general wear.
Please note that the above conditions do not affect those rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@justjits.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to cancel your order before it ships but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
If we can cancel your order prior to shipping, a $10AUD order cancellation and re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing, credit card, Afterpay/Zip Pay, and/or currency conversion charges (payment providers do not refund us these fees).
In the event we cannot cancel your order prior to it being shipped, the options detailed in our Return & Exchange Policy (above) are still available to you.
